Why is Soy Based Protein not the Best Option?


While it is true that Soy does have a higher protein per grams count than many other non-whey protein powders, total protein grams is not the only factor. There are a few other important aspects to consider when choosing your protein source.

Finding non GMO soy products is getting harder and harder to do, even when they are labeled GMO free. Even if you do find an all natural source of Soy protein, all soy actually raises bad estrogen levels in the body.
